Munster is the southernmost provincial rugby team of Ireland. There are two home grounds, Musgrave Park in Cork and Thomond Park in Limerick.

Munster have won the Heineken Cup twice, in 2006 and 2008, when a certain Declan Kidney was head coach.

Musgrave Park

The stadium is located on Pearse Road in Ballyphehane, in the south of Cork. The ground was redeveloped in 2015 and has a capacity of around 8,000. It is around an half hour walk from the city centre.
