Munster is the southernmost provincial rugby team of Ireland. There are two home grounds, Musgrave Park in Cork and Thomond Park in Limerick.
Munster have won the Heineken Cup twice, in 2006 and 2008, when a certain Declan Kidney was head coach.
Musgrave Park
The stadium is located on Pearse Road in Ballyphehane, in the south of Cork. The ground was redeveloped in 2015 and has a capacity of around 8,000. It is around an half hour walk from the city centre.

Direct flights to Cork from London Heathrow are available from Aer Lingus and British Airways.
Ryanair fly direct to Cork from Gatwick, Luton and Stanstead airports.
Ferries run from Pembroke Dock and Fishguard to Rosslare, which is a 2h30 drive to Cork. These are operated by Irish Ferries and Stena Line.
