Ofisa Treviranus was born in March 1984 in Moto’otua, Samoa.
Ofisa joined London Irish after the 2011 World Cup and remained with the Exiles until 2019, making a total of 139 appearances and scoring 23 tries. His debut for the Exiles was as a replacement in the Premiership match away at Saracens on 4th December 2011, but he had to wait until the following season to grab his first try, coming away at Worcester on 28th September 2012.
Big Trev had previously spent a season with Connacht – 2007-08. And between 2008 & 2011 Ofisa played his club rugby in Samoa.
Ofisa won 42 caps for Samoa, scoring 3 tries. He represented his country in both the 2011 & 2015 World Cups. He captained Samoa during the 2015 World Cup and one of his international tries came in Samoa’s first match of the tournament, a 25-16 victory over the USA in Brighton.
