Cardiff Blues play at the Arms Park, which is within walking distance of Cardiff Central station and the main bus/coach station.
TRAIN
Great Western Railway operate an regular service from London Paddington & Reading to Cardiff. Direct services have journey times of about 2 hours 5 minutes from London and 1 hour 35 minutes from Reading.
As the last train back from Cardiff is at 9:26pm (or 9:30pm changing at Bristol) a day trip is not possible.
As Wales host Scotland in the Six Nations on the Saturday, overnight accomodation in Cardiff is likely to be limited – however there are later trains to places such as Newport & Bristol, which may give more choice.
COACH
National Express operates a direct coach service from London Victoria coach station to Cardiff, with journey times between 3 1/2 & 4 hours. There is a coach back to London at 2:40am on the Saturday and the 11:15pm coach on the Friday evening would get you back as far as Heathrow.
From Reading-Mereoak there are no direct services for the outward journey, but services are available with a change at Bristol or Heathrow. There is a direct coach back to Reading at 11:15pm.

It does not look as if there is much parking available at the stadium, but there are public car parks within walking distance.
